In the unlikely event you get stuck on the road, we are there for you twenty-for-seven. We have garages all over europe with great engineers for T3 vans so that you don’t have to worry when you get in car trouble. We do our best to ensure you will have an amazing care-free journey!

Van Hire Check in and Check out

• Flight destinations (all cities that you can reach by plane): We will collect you all days depending on your arrival time between 9.00- 17.00 o clock. Off-time arrivals require an extra arrangement. In that case, please talk to our booking team, but we will always have a good solution.
• Destinations that you live nearby or come by car to collect the van: Check in Saturdays from 10 am – Check out Fridays the latest until 14 pm
• After a technical introduction about the van we will explain to you all the know-how which is necessary to handle the van and it`s interior during your holiday time.
• If you are interested in tips and tricks about your dream destination our hanggtimer will support you with lots of recommendations regarding good restaurants / surf-spots / beautiful places to visit…. We would be pleased to share all this with you and to make your dream of the perfect vanlife-holiday possible. After all the years in the van-renting business we exactly know the needs of our clients and gladly like to offer you the perfect van experience.

Van Rental extra list

• On each destination we will provide you with an individual extra list that varies depending on your needs (surfbords, kites, bikes etc.). Please feel free to ask for that list and the prices. Chairs, a table and a complete crockery set with plates and cutlery is also included in that list as well as bedclothes and sheets (not available at every destination).

• The deposit will be 500 € per rental. You will get it back after the van is returned in good conditions
• Free km per week: 1500 km
• No hidden booking fees
• Insurance conditions will be shown in your personal offer

The only thing that is missing is a bit of good humour and enthusiasm for adventure. The vans will be given to you with full water and petrol tanks and of course in the best technical conditions. Please return the camper in good clean conditions and we’ll take care of the final cleaning.
